Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide to most countries.

Can I cancel my order or edit placed order ?

No, you cannot cancel your order so please, make sure you want to make an order before purchasing it is important you think it through thoroughly and NO edits can be made once the order is placed as it is final.

Where is my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days processing time not including weekends or bank holidays processing time before all orders are dispatched. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be informed via email. 

I haven't received my order and it's been misplaced by the delivery company, can I get a refund? 

Once your parcel has been passed on to our shipping courier all responsibilities are with them. So, please contact them directly for more information on the missing parcel with your parcel tracking number. 

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons. We do not offer refunds. But, we only offer refunds if item is completely damaged. You can read our refund policy which is found at the bottom of our page on our website for more information.

Why is my shipment delayed ?

We cannot guarantee Royal Mail's stated times and we cannot take any  responsibility if your order takes longer than the days stated. For further information, please contact Royal Mail. 

My mail might be lost/ I haven't received my delivery yet?

We can’t be held responsible for lost mail as it is out of our hands once we hand over our parcels to our local post office.
